Vorrei spendere una parola in piu’ in quanto e’ da una decina d’anni che veniamo a Torremolinos e molte volte abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura. Il pregio di questo hotel e’ senz’altro la posizione centrale vicinissimo alla spiaggia la carihuela, sul retro infatti una porticina ti immette direttamente nella zona pedonale piena di negozietti , bar e ristoranti . Le camere sono molto spaziose, tutte sono dotate di balcone, piccolo frigorifero ed il bagno e’ abbastanza grande. Tutto il personale e’ veramente gentile, sia i signori della reception sia i camerieri in sala e le donne delle pulizie. Un valore aggiunto e’ senz’altro la possibilita’ del parcheggio privato, cosa assolutamente indispensabile in questa citta’ in qualsiasi stagione, al quale si accede con la tessera della stanza. L’albergo e’ dotato di due piscine che anche se pur piccole svolgono al meglio la loro funzione: una e’ al pian terreno ma purtroppo e’ in una posizione che le consente di essere in pieno sole solo per qualche ora del giorno, mentre in quella al sesto piano c’e’ una visuale sull’intero litorale e la spiaggia ed in piu’ e’ molto ventilata. Ho notato anche con piacere che ora sono ammessi animali di piccola taglia, molti erano presenti in struttura durante il nostro soggiorno e non hanno recato disturbo. Il rapporto qualita’/ prezzo e’ decisamente un punto a favore
Tra le dolenti note metto al primo posto sicuramente il cibo. Anche se vario e con tematiche differenti a seconda della serata non e’ all’altezza di quello cucinato in altre strutture a 4 stelle nelle quali abbiamo soggiornato qua. La qualita’ e’ piuttosto scadente, soprattutto il pesce si capisce che e’ quasi tutto surgelato. Non parliamo poi dei dolci, praticamente mousse, creme caramel, aspic, nient’altro che buste liofilizzate preparate con l’aggiunta di acqua o latte, mentre le torte dotate di montagne di creme dolcissime e nauseanti. La pasta poi e’ un agglomerato scotto e flaccido nella quale si puo’ aggiungere passata di pomodoro. Un altro aspetto da migliorare e’ sicuramente nelle parti comuni che sono da svecchiare e rimodernare, la passatoia/moquette per le stanze e’ lisa e consunta e presenta numerose macchie, sarebbe da sostituire o togliere definitivamente.A parte le stanze che sono pulite, abbiamo trovato abbastanza degrado. Se si decide di fare il perimetro del tetto tutto in vetri che in realta’ e’ una cosa bellissima che ti da un’ampia visuale, bisogna anche pensare che ogni tanto i vetri andrebbero puliti, soprattutto vicino ad una piscina . stesso discorso per i vetri dell’ascensore esterno, dove e’ chiaro che gli agenti atmosferici e gli uccelli possono sporcare, ma devono essere lindi e trasparenti. Anche la piscina al piano superiore deve essere monitorata con piu’ costanza. Essendo piccola si sporca con facilita’ e gli avventori non fanno la doccia prima di entrare ( cosa tra l’altro che andrebbe obbligata in epoca di covid ) . Molti clienti portano con se chilogrammi di creme solari spalmate che ha contatto con l’acqua navigano in superficie creando piccole isole di sporcizia, in un’intera giornata ho visto solo una volta l’addetto soffermarsi sulla schiuma ristagnante ( forse sperando che si dissolvesse da sola ? ) e poi prendere banalmente un retino per toglierla ( da dove comunque e’ filtrata e si e’ riposizionata galleggiando )

Piscina con vista e servizi annessi. Buffet della prima colazione ottimo.
La pulizia della camera, per esempio: abbiamo consumato una tazza di the ed è stata lasciata la tazza sporca per tutta la settimana, abbiamo mangiato un dolce in camera ed è rimasto il piattino sporco li fino alla nostra partenza… Pulizia dei bagni zero, pavimenti non puliti, abbiamo avuto capelli e sabbia nella stanza tutta la settimana…

As pessoas ocuparem as espreguiçadeiras com objetos pessoais e não estarem a dar uso. Que vai contra as políticas do hotel, e os funcionários não resolverem a situação.

Fantástico
A localização é boa. Apesar da porta de receção ficar na rua de cima, existe uma porta que dá acesso quase direto às lojas e praias.
Os quartos necessitam urgentemente de uma remodelação. Estão datados e vê-se que a manutenção é pobre. As áreas comuns foram remodelas, mas com pouca qualidade. No teto do bar, veem-se buracos onde deviam existir focos e quando pintaram nem se deram ao trabalho de isolar as estruturas.
